Rest/Sabbath
(Genesis 2:2-3)

Take a walk.  Empty your mind of all thought.  Let the silence embrace you.  After 15 minutes of silence, began to be aware of what you see and hear.  What do you notice?  What catches your eye?  What is that telling you?  How can what you hear/see/notice help you in your sabbath keeping?

Perhaps set the camera aside, with no thought for an image – only pick it up at the very end if there is a compelling call to receive an image that speaks to the heart.
